Use of the app

You may install and use the Beemoth mobile app under the terms of the App Store or Google Play distribution agreement for your platform, together with these terms. On iPhone, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.

Beemoth is a training log and planning tool. It is not medical advice. Check with a qualified professional before starting a new training programme, and stop if something hurts. You are responsible for choosing loads you can lift safely.

Free and Pro

Logging workouts, your history, the built-in programmes and exporting your own data are free. Beemoth Pro adds features such as auto-progression, training analytics and multi-week custom programmes. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.

The app confirms your Pro purchase with the store at least once every 14 days, so it needs an internet connection at least that often. If it cannot check for longer than that, Pro features pause until it can; nothing you logged is affected, and Pro switches back on by itself once the app is online again.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Google Play or the App Store, and renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.

An introductory offer, such as a free trial, applies once per store account and then renews at the standard price shown at purchase. If the price of a subscription changes, the store will tell you beforehand and, where the store requires it, ask for your consent.

Free trial

Some plans start with a free trial, run by Google Play or the App Store. You choose the plan and confirm with the store before the trial starts. You are not charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends; otherwise the subscription starts at the price shown and renews as described above. Each store account can use a free trial once, and cancelling during the trial ends Pro at the end of the trial period. Anything you logged stays either way.

Lifetime purchase

The lifetime unlock entitles you to all current and future Pro features in the Beemoth mobile app on the platform where you bought it, for as long as the app is distributed.

Refunds and restoring purchases

Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their refund policies. If you reinstall the app or move to a new device on the same platform, use Restore purchases in Settings to get Pro back.

Your data

Your training data is stored on your device. You can export it at any time, and deleting the app deletes it. See the privacy policy for what the app does and does not send.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date above will be updated. Changes do not affect purchases you have already made.
